In love with the wilds of Romania, Florin is the one who built the Adventure Factory project. Starting from the great desire to discover unknown places, he developed the projects with perseverance and ambition.
He is passionate about kayaking, so if you are ready to explore the rivers and lakes of Romania or the Danube Delta, Florin will guide you through the wildest and most hidden places. When he is not on the water, you will find him in the most exotic destinations, guiding tourists from Romania or around the world.
His undergraduate and postgraduate studies in the field of tourism were the starting point for obtaining additional qualifications, including that of tourism manager as well as national and mountain guide certifications.
He is fascinated by photography, a hobby he practices in nature whenever he has the chance.
Continuously responsive and attentive to the needs of tourists, he is always ready to meet their needs with the most professional solutions.

GABRIELA ANDROSIAC

Gabriela is an accredited national and mountain guide and you will meet her on our internal ecotourism tours, but also on our external adventurous circuits.
Besides traveling, Gabriela is passionate about life and nature, medicinal plants, aromatherapy, dance and foreign languages. This is also the reason why she communicates easily in English, German and Spanish.
He obtained a PhD in biochemistry and immunology in Germany, and upon returning to Romania he fell in love with the Adventure Factory project. This was the moment he decided to bring his overflowing enthusiasm to the project and become part of our team.
Gabriela is always ready to show the faraway places of the world to all tourists who want to experience a different kind of travel. She will surely delight you with her exuberant smile, energy and youthful spirit.
You will meet her both within our external circuits and within the “Senses of Romania” circuits where she will either guide your steps to discover the most varied travel experiences, or she will pamper you with thematic programs and harmoniously intertwined stories.
DOINA MIRCEA

Always with her luggage ready to leave on another trip and eager to meet new places and people, Doina joined the “Fabrica de Aventura” team without thinking twice, just a few months after her first interaction as a tourist on one of our circuits.
Besides traveling, Doina loves music, painting, and is passionate about psychology and observing human nature. She loves animals and dedicates her time to caring for animals in shelters, as well as those at home who are already part of her extended family.
‘Nothing is too much if it’s done with the heart,’ she says, and people and exploring the world are two of her great passions.
A warm person with a calmness rarely found, he also works in business consulting and the implementation of ERP-type information systems.

Anca first discovered our projects as a tourist and has since decided to stay with us.
Enchanted by the raw beauty of nature, diverse cultures, and the vibe of each place, Anca seeks out corners of the world and unique experiences that she can share with our tourists.
He loves music and the atmosphere created by the groups of beautiful people he accompanies.
She also shows attention to detail, organizational spirit, and a lot of warmth on her tours, and she tells us that every tourist she met contributed to the magic of the tours she led.
She graduated from the Faculty of International Economic Relations and speaks English and Spanish. Passionate about the continuous development of people and understanding their motivations, Anca trained in Human Resources in top multinational companies.

Hello! I’m Anca and I’m happy to share with you my passion and dedication to outdoor activities and physical exercise. An outdoor lover, I’ve discovered that every step in nature is an opportunity to learn, grow, and live life to the fullest.
As a mountain guide and volunteer involved in climbing therapy programs for children with disabilities, I have discovered that nature and movement can transform lives and create indelible bonds.
The physical and mental challenge that endurance sports and mountaineering offer is what particularly appeals to me. Every obstacle overcome helps me grow stronger and more determined.
Swimming is a way for me to feel free and connected to the elements of nature, and every time I practice it I feel like I’m freeing myself from everyday stress and worries.
I am a mountain and national guide, aspiring member of SGLM and ICOpro Canyoning Level 1-2-3. I look forward to welcoming you on our mountain via ferrata and canyoning adventures.
HUSAM YOUNES

Husam has dual citizenship: Romanian and Jordanian. Having accidentally entered the tourism sector in 2006, while studying IT in Romania, he discovered that he was completely attracted to this field.
He worked for a while in a travel agency in Romania, then, once he arrived in Jordan, he took specialized courses and worked in several travel agencies, perfecting his skills in booking tour packages and airline tickets, preparing travel offers in different countries, setting up the electronic systems necessary for travel agencies, etc.
He visited several destinations himself and accompanied groups of tourists who needed logistical support. Later, he took specialized courses, obtained his guide license, and accompanied both groups of Romanians and groups of citizens of other nations, speaking English, Romanian, or Arabic.
He has always received appreciation from clients who contacted him for various services, especially from tourists who were satisfied with the variety of knowledge he has about the destinations visited, as well as his ability to manage their needs with patience, kindness and respect. He is passionate about the history and culture of other peoples and about travel.
